Zimmerman – A Billion-Dollar Vision in Orlando’s Sunshine City

This summer’s anthem of Beyonce’s pure honey had us singing, “It should cost a billion to look this good, but she make it look easy ’cause she got it.” It’s spot on what sisters Nicky and Simone Zimmerman have perfected as we watch their technique in ladies ready to wear. In August, Zimmerman became Australia’s first billion-dollar fashion label after a majority acquisition by private equity firm Advent International. Nicky and Simone founded their namesake label in 1991 and the sisters continue to run Zimmerman while they maintain a minority shareholder position. Their loyal following of their feminine dresses, swimwear and accessories can be seen in specialty stores, online luxury retailers and in one of their 58 standalone stores worldwide. Zimmerman chose Orlando’s Mall at Millenia as their newest location for their boutique.
